Guacamole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- liquid red pepper seasoning - 1/8 tsp
- large, firm, ripe avocado - 1 item
- large, firm, ripe tomato, peeled and seeded, chopped and drained - 1 item
- bacon flavored bites - 1 Tbsp
- crisp corn chips - 1 item
How to make guacamole:
Cut avocado in half; peel, pit and mash well in a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt, red pepper seasoning and tomato. Cover tightly; chill about an hour. When ready to serve, spoon into a small bowl; sprinkle bacon bites on top. Place bowl on a large serving plate; surround with corn chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Vegetables.
