Ingredients/Components
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cold water - 1/4 c
- envelope unflavored Knox gelatine - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery - 1 c
- onions - 1 c
- can shrimp - 1 item
How to make shrimp mousse:
Bring tomato soup to a boil in a saucepan. Dissolve gelatine in cold water in a bowl. In a another bowl combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add gelatine mixture to tomato soup, then add cream cheese mixture. Mix well and then add celery, onions and shrimp. Refrigerate until firm.
