Shrimp bisque
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 qt
- butter - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- chicken broth - 1 qt
- parsley, chopped - 1/4 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- dill - 1/4 tsp
- cooked shrimp
- medium potatoes, cubed - 4 item
How to make shrimp bisque:
Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and saute until tender. Add the potatoes, parsley and chicken broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook, covered, for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
