Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- pancake mix - 2/3 c
How to make shortcake:
Melt butter and set aside. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar to eggs. Add pancake mix, vanilla and melted butter to eggs-sugar mixture. Place wax paper in bottom of 10 x 15-inch pan. Pour into pan and bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until puffed and set. Turn out of pan, then cool.
