Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can French-cut string beans - 1 lb
- can Shoepeg corn - 1 lb
- can small peas - 1 lb
How to make shoepeg corn salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. pepper3/4 c. vinegar1 tsp. salt1/2 c. salad oil Mix sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar in bowl. Add drained vegetables and refrigerate. Make several days ahead. Will keep for a couple of weeks.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Onions.
