- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium baking potatoes - 4 item
- thyme, oregano, sage or basil - 1/2 tsp
How to make baked sliced potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Peel potatoes and cut them into 1/8-inch thick slices. Place slices in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper and thyme or other herbs. Toss to mix well. Place the slices on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam, spreading the slices so they overlay slightly. Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes or longer if you prefer them crisper. Serves 4.
