Ingredients/Components
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
- sour cream - 1 (8
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- stack pack Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
How to make shoe peg casserole:
Mix first eight ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole. Mix crackers and butter and put on top of mixture in casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe originally from Mississippi.
