Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- can Shoe Peg corn white corn - 1 item
How to make shoe peg casserole:
Mix all and top with 1/2 box crumbled Ritz crackers and 1 stick melted butter. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Green/yellow beans.
