Ingredients/Components
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 item
How to make shoe peg casserole:
Mix corn, beans, sour cream, cream of celery soup, green onions, Cheddar cheese and salt. Put in a baking dish. Cover top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Melt butter and pour over. Sprinkle almonds on top.
