  • chicken broth - 2 c
  • low sodium soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • dry sherry - 1 Tbsp
  • thin lemon slices - 4 item
  • green onions, thinly sliced - 2 item
  • thinly sliced mushrooms - 1 c

How to make sherried mushroom soup:

Combine all the ingredients, except the lemon slices, in a 1-quart casserole. Cover tightly and cook on High for 2 to 4 minutes, until hot but not boiling. To serve: Pour the soup into 4 serving bowls and top each one with a lemon slice.
