Sherried mushroom soup
Ingredients/Components
- chicken broth - 2 c
- low sodium soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dry sherry - 1 Tbsp
- thin lemon slices - 4 item
- green onions, thinly sliced - 2 item
- thinly sliced mushrooms - 1 c
How to make sherried mushroom soup:
Combine all the ingredients, except the lemon slices, in a 1-quart casserole. Cover tightly and cook on High for 2 to 4 minutes, until hot but not boiling. To serve: Pour the soup into 4 serving bowls and top each one with a lemon slice.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Mushroom.
