- stew beef
- can cream of mushroom soup, plus 1 can water - 1 item
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- small can chopped mushrooms - 1 item
- cooking sherry - 1/3 c
How to make sherried beef:
Put beef in a 2-quart casserole dish with cover. Mix and heat remaining ingredients; pour mixture over beef. Cover dish; bake at 325° for 3 hours. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
