Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cooked rice - 3 c
- celery - 1 c
- can Veg-All, drained - 1 item
- Chinese noodles optional - 1 c
- each: onion and garlic powder - 1 tsp
How to make shanghai casserole:
Brown meat with onion and garlic powders in a lightly greased skillet. Add celery, vegetables and soup. Stir in rice and seasonings. Turn into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. If you wish to add noodles,Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, Casseroles.
