- small cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded and sliced - 1/2 item
- green or red bell pepper, seeded and chopped - 1/2 item
- tuna steaks, broiled or grilled or 1 13 oz - 1 lb
- basil or parsley sprigs optional - 1 item
- finely chopped fresh basil or 1 to 1 1/2 tsp - 3 4
