Seafood salad
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 3 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- large onion - 1 item
- cube butter - 1 item
- can crab - 1 oz
- cans shrimp - 2 item
- celery, finely sliced - 1 c
- large loaf white sandwich bread - 1 item
How to make seafood salad:
Cut crusts form bread. Spread lightly with butter. Cut each slice into small cubes. Add chopped onion and finely chopped eggs. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, add seafood, celery and mayonnaise; mix lightly to combine well. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Pile lightly on plate lined with lettuce leaves. Garnish with olives, cucumber, tomatoes, etc. Serves 12. Putting the salad on lettuce leaves and using the garnishes are optional.
