Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1/4 c
- celery ribs, chopped - 3 item
- caraway seeds - 1 Tbsp
- scallions, sliced - 3 item
- white horseradish - 2 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped - 6 item
- bacon, cut into bite-size pieces, cooked until crisp and drained - 6 oz
How to make egg salad:
Combine the eggs, scallions, celery, caraway seed and bacon. Toss lightly. Combine the mayonnaise and horseradish; fold the mixture into the salad. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Sandwich.
