Seafood pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- mixed corkscrew pasta wheat, spinach and carrot - 1 pkg
- can water packed tuna - 1 item
- chopped fresh shrimp - 1 can
- crabmeat or sea legs - 6 8
- small bunch green onions - 1 item
- small can water chestnuts - 1 item
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- snow pea pods, steamed - 1/2 lb
- mayonnaise
- honey - 2 3
- milk to make medium consistency - 1 item
How to make seafood pasta salad:
Dressing:1/4 c. mayonnaise2 to 3 Tbsp. honey milk (to make medium consistency) Cook noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool. Drain tuna well and combine with shrimp, crab, onions (chopped fine), water chestnuts (chopped fine) and pimento. Add steamed snow peas. Toss with noodles and dressing. Chill for 2 hours or longer.
