Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 5 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/8 tsp
  • can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 item
  • cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
  • linguine - 1 lb
  • sweet basil - 1 Tbsp
  • can crushed tomatoes - 1 item
  • medium shrimp, deveined - 1 lb
  • shake red pepper - 1 item
  • bay scallops, washed - 1 lb
  • medium onions, cut in fourths and cut again - 2 item

How to make seafood linguine:

In a pan, melt butter. Add onions and mushrooms; simmer until transparent. Add tomatoes and seasonings; cook for 15 minutes. Add fan-tailed shrimp; simmer for 5 minutes. Add scallops; simmer for 5 minutes. Add cheese; simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over linguine.
