Seafood linguine
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 5 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1/8 tsp
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- linguine - 1 lb
- sweet basil - 1 Tbsp
- can crushed tomatoes - 1 item
- medium shrimp, deveined - 1 lb
- shake red pepper - 1 item
- bay scallops, washed - 1 lb
- medium onions, cut in fourths and cut again - 2 item
How to make seafood linguine:
In a pan, melt butter. Add onions and mushrooms; simmer until transparent. Add tomatoes and seasonings; cook for 15 minutes. Add fan-tailed shrimp; simmer for 5 minutes. Add scallops; simmer for 5 minutes. Add cheese; simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over linguine.Recipe categories: Pasta, Shellfish, Lobster.
