Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- white syrup - 2 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1 c
- box dark or medium brown sugar - 1 item
How to make seafoam candy:
Bring ingredients (except egg whites) to a boil. Cook until it forms a hard ball (5 to 6 minutes). Beat egg whites stiff. Pour cooked mixture slowly into egg whites while beating. Drop on greased wax paper.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, Candy.
