Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/2 c
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • white syrup - 2 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • box dark or medium brown sugar - 1 item

How to make seafoam candy:

Bring ingredients (except egg whites) to a boil. Cook until it forms a hard ball (5 to 6 minutes). Beat egg whites stiff. Pour cooked mixture slowly into egg whites while beating. Drop on greased wax paper.
