Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 4 c
- butter - 1 lb
- 10x sugar - 1 c
- sprinkle of colored sugar - 1 item
How to make scottish shortbread:
Cream butter. Add sugar and flour. Knead with hands. Place in pan. Flatten, then prick with fork. Sprinkle with colored sugar crystals. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn down oven to 300° and bake another 30 minutes, until goRecipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cookie and brownie.
