Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1 c
- sifted confectioners sugar - 3/4 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
How to make scottish shortbread:
Using mixer at medium speed, beat butter, sugar and salt for 2 minutes. Blend in flour at low speed until a smooth dough forms. Spray pan with cooking spray. Press dough into pan. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Cookie and brownie.
