Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- molasses - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- Crisco - 3/4 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
How to make gingersnaps:
In a large bowl beat brown sugar, molasses, Crisco and egg until fluffy. In another bowl sift together remaining ingredients. Add dry ingredients gradually to sugar mixture. Mix thoroughly.
