- eggs - 6 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- water - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make scottish eggs:
Batter:1/2 c. flour1/4 c. cornstarch1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt3/4 c. water Boil eggs the day before and wrap in sausage. Let set overnight. Dip in batter and deep fry. Great for Easter time.Recipe categories: Breakfast, < 30 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
