- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 7/8 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
How to make scones:
Preheat oven to 400°. Cut butter into dry ingredients (not very fine). Pour milk in and stir until moistened. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Spoon out 6 scones per cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Scones.
