Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- or 5 potatoes - 4 item
- onion to taste optional - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Sauce:1 Tbsp. margarine1 Tbsp. flour1 c. milk Peel potatoes and cut in chunks; cook until just done. Drain water. Salt and pepper. Place 1/2 of potatoes in dish. Layer American cheese, margarine and onion over potatoes. Pour sauce over all. May add parsley for garnish. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
