- milk - 3 c
- salt
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- medium potatoes, sliced - 6 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Make white sauce of first five ingredients. Place 1/2 the potatoes in 2-quart casserole dish and cover with 1/2 the onions and half the sauce. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350° about 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
