- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- Potatoes - 1 item
- Onions - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Melt butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and stir to thicken like gravy. Add soup and mayonnaise. Layer peeled and sliced potatoes and onions in dish. Pour sauce over. Bake at 350° for 75 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
