  • salt
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • potatoes - 10 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • shredded cheese - 1 pkg
  • cans cream of celery soup - 2 item

How to make scalloped potatoes:

Peel, wash and slice potatoes. Cook until tender with salt. Drain. Put half of potatoes in 9 x 13 dish. Spread 1 can celery soup over potatoes. Dice onion real fine over soup. Put 1/2 package shredded cheese over onion. Put margarine over cheese. Put other half of potatoes over cheese. Put other can of soup over potatoes. Put rest of cheese over soup. Cook in 325° oven for 30 minutes.
