Ingredients/Components
- salt
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- potatoes - 10 item
- small onion - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 pkg
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Peel, wash and slice potatoes. Cook until tender with salt. Drain. Put half of potatoes in 9 x 13 dish. Spread 1 can celery soup over potatoes. Dice onion real fine over soup. Put 1/2 package shredded cheese over onion. Put margarine over cheese. Put other half of potatoes over cheese. Put other can of soup over potatoes. Put rest of cheese over soup.
