Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Blend soup, milk, salt and pepper. In buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes and sauce. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375° for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are done. Makes 3 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
