- sliced carrots - 5 c
- sliced onion - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- tomato soup - 1 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
How to make copper pennies:
Cook and cool carrots. Mix soup, salad oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pour over carrots, onion and bell pepper. Refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
