Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- cans chunk pineapple - 2 item
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make scalloped pineapple:
In saucepan, melt half of butter. Add sugar, flour and juice from pineapple. Cook until thick. Pour in casserole dish over pineapple. Melt rest of butter in same pan. Crumble crackers in butter.
