Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- canned milk
- melted oleo - 2 Tbsp
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- chopped onions optional - 1/4 c
- soda crackers, crushed - 3/4 c
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix together and bake at 350° for 1 hour, or microwave until done, stirring once during cooking time.Note: Use less milk if microwaved.
