Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2/3 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- cold margarine, cut in small pieces - 2 Tbsp
- crushed cracker crumbs about 12 - 1/2 c
- each: salt, pepper and parsley optional - 1/4 tsp
How to make scalloped corn:
In bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Stir in remaining ingredients except garnish until well blended. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. Garnish with parsley, if desired.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
