- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- honey optional - 2 4
- large pineapple, cut up - 1 item
How to make pineapple ice:
Place pineapple chunks and lemon juice in blender. Puree until smooth. Pour into plastic container or ice cube trays and freeze about 1 hour. When mixture is slushy-frozen, puree again in blender until creamy. Pour it back into freezer container and freeze at least 2 hours more.Recipe categories: Low protein, Drinks, Low fat.
