Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- seasoned pepper - 1/8 tsp
- medium zucchini - 6 item
- whole oregano - 1 tsp
How to make skillet zucchini:
Slice zucchini about 1/4-inch thick (do not peel). In large frying pan, saute garlic in oil for about 3 minutes. Add zucchini; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in a mixture of parsley, oregano, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes more, or until tender.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Vegetables.
