Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- cracker meal - 1/2 c
- grated sharp cheese - 1/4 c
- butter, diced on top - 2 Tbsp
How to make scalloped corn:
Mix corn and cracker meal. Beat egg separately. Stir in, then add cheese and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in oven with butter diced on top. Bake for 35 minutes in a fast oven. Can be prepared in advance.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
