Ingredients/Components
- flour self-rising - 2 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- can beer - 1 oz
- melted butter - 1 item
How to make beer bread:
Mix all together, except butter, until just blended. Leave rough on top. Put in a well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Drizzle with butter; cool on rack.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
