Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- Bisquick - 2 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- red pepper to taste optional - 1 item
How to make sausage muffins:
Brown sausage and drain. Add other ingredients. Mix well and bake in mini muffin tins for approximately 12 to 14 minutes at 375°. Makes 48.Tastes like sausage balls but much easier and better.
