Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- grated sharp cheese - 3/4 c
- cooked sausage - 3/4 c
How to make sausage muffins:
Cook and crumble sausage. Drain well. Mix all ingredients together. Spray muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; check after 15 minutes. Do not overbake. Makes 12 large muffins or 24 small.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
