Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- slices Western bread - 8 item
- bacon, sausage or ham, cooked - 1 lb
- can mushroom soup + 1/2 can milk - 1 item
How to make sausage egg casserole:
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Layer bread, cooked meat and cheese. Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard together. Pour over bread and meat and let set overnight. Mix together soup and milk. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 300° oven.Recipe categories: Egg, Breakfast, Casseroles.
