  • Bisquick mix - 3 c
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
  • hot sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage cheese balls:

Mix sausage, cheese and biscuit mix together. Slowly add water until consistency is such that it can be rolled into small balls. Bake at 350° for 10 or 15 minutes or until browned.
