Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 3 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- raw sausage I use Jimmy Dean - 1 lb
How to make sausage cheese balls:
Put all ingredients in large bowl. (I do mine in Kitchen Aid mixer.) Probably could use food processor. I have used my hands, but it is hard to mix. Get thoroughly mixed; roll into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400° until lightly brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Pork.
