Ingredients/Components
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- hamburger
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- green pepper - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- can French onion soup - 1 item
- large can tomatoes, cut up - 1 item
How to make spanish rice:
Cook together hamburger, onion and pepper (until not red). Mix all together, then put all in casserole and cover with foil. Bake one hour at 350°. Take foil off; put grated Cheddar cheese on top. Put back in oven for 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
