Ingredients/Components
- chicken, cut up - 1 item
- teriyaki sauce - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- rice
- carrots - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- can undrained tomatoes - 1 item
- onion - 1/4 c
- green pepper - 1/4 c
- mushrooms - 1 item
- water
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make oriental chicken:
Fried Rice:1 c. rice1/4 c. carrots1 tsp. olive oil1 can undrained tomatoes1/4 c. onion1/4 c. green pepper mushrooms1 1/2 c. water salt and pepper to taste Bake chicken in covered casserole for 1 hour in conventional oven or 30 minutes in microwave. Serve with white or fried rice.Saute rice, onion, carrots, green pepper and mushrooms in olive oil until rice is brown. Add tomatoes and water and cook until rice is done, about 15 minutes.
