- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- slices white bread, cubed - 2 item
- medium pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage casserole:
Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
