Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- grated sharp cheese - 1 c
- slices white bread, cubed - 2 item
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Saute sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, then sausage, then cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight.
