Sausage breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- half and half - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- slices bread - 6 item
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage breakfast casserole:
Remove crust from bread and spread with margarine. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown sausage, drain well and crumble over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, half and half and salt. Mix well, pour over sausage and cheese. Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
