Sausage balls
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 bouillon
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- sauerkraut, drained - 3 c
- sausage, browned - 1 lb
- onions real - 1 c
- Coating:1 egg
How to make sausage balls:
Coating:1 egg bread crumbs1 c. milk flour Melt butter in skillet and brown onions. Add browned sausage and garlic powder. Stir in flour. Cook thoroughly. Add broth, sauerkraut and parsley. Cook until thickened. Chill several hours. Roll into balls.Combine milk and eggs. Roll balls in flour and then egg and milk mixture. Coat with bread crumbs. Fry in oil. Heat in microwave to eat. Balls may be frozen and reheated.
