Asparagus quiche
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- butter - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- Jack cheese - 1 lb
- cans asparagus - 2 oz
How to make asparagus quiche:
Coat bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter. Press small portion of mixed cheeses to bottom of the pan until entire bottom is coated with cheese. To remaining cheese, add the eggs, evaporated milk and asparagus (can substitute 1 can with a can of mushrooms). Mix together. Pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
