Sauerkraut salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- diced onion - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- green pepper - 1 c
- pimento - 3 Tbsp
- 11 oz - 1 lb
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Drain sauerkraut in colander for 15 minutes, cut into pieces with kitchen scissors. Place in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Store covered in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Keeps indefinitely. Serves 10.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
