Sauerkraut salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- diced onion - 1/4 c
- diced green pepper - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- large can sauerkraut - 1 item
- diced pimentos - 3 Tbsp
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Drain kraut and chop it into 1-inch pieces with kitchen shears. Using large mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well. Cover; refrigerate 24 hours. Keeps well.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
